CONTROL YOUR ANGER

Most of us find ourselves losing our tempers from time to time. The stresses and frustrations of everyday life can often lead to us venting our anger out on other people. This anger needs to be kept in check, as once it starts to become excessive, it will make your life a misery, as well as the lives of those around you. It will also have a negative effect on your health, and could even cost you your liberty in the end.
No, don't do it control your anger.........................here are some steps to control your anger
STEPS TO CONTROL YOUR ANGER
1. When you feel yourself about to do or say something rash, make yourself countdown from ten to zero before venting your anger. This brief period is often all you need to see things more reasonably.
2. Try calming yourself down by taking a few deep breathes. Breathe in and then slowly breathe out to a count of ten.
3. When you're angry you will usually feel pumped up. Displace this tension by doing something physically strenuous. Go for a run, a bike ride, lift weights, or anything that will burn off energy. Even punching a cushion or pillow is better than hitting a person or putting your fist through a door.
4. Try keeping your sense of humour and look at the funny side of life. You'll often find that many of the events in life that stress us out are often the things we look back on and laugh at, and give us our stories to tell.
5. When you start to feel yourself getting riled around other people, try putting yourself in their shoes. Imagine if the tables were turned and it was you about to be subjected to someone's temper tantrum.

The main point to remember is that controlling your temper doesn't mean bottling up your anger. If you have a problem with somebody, by all means have it out with him or her. Just make sure to do it in a rational and calm manner.

  3. yess, sweta IMPOSSIBLE means I M possible..and everything is in ones control...rest it depends from person to person how much one can control. for e.g ms sweta is 97 percent more cool than me...this means she control her anger......
    if she can do anyone can do......
    so mr.gurvinder ur statement is absolutely wrong!
    just try to control ur anger by above methods.i m sure it'll work Xx
