Good or Evil?

In a recent interview Bob Baran was asked "Is there good and evil in the world?"
His  answer was yes!. he base it upon the following definition of the terms "good and evil":
Good
There are two essential aspects of "good": First, good refers to what is in the best interest of yourself as well as others. This requires decisions which take into consideration the best possible solution for everyone involved.
This type of solution is always possible and results in the positive ramifications from those decisions which always brings more good into your life.
Second: Good, keeps your conscious connection to your higher self and the source energy. . A relationship  is predicated upon our doing good things and having good things then manifest in our life. We always have the freedom to choose between good and evil.

Evil
Evil is anything which distracts us or disconnects you from your conscious connection with your "higher self" and the source energy. Evil would therefore be any decision you make which is ego based.
In other words, somebody must lose in order for you to win. These types of decisions and motives create a vicious cycle because they always bring with them unintended consequences. They are more problems requiring time and energy, thus maintaining the distraction and disconnection.
Making a decision from a selfish ego-centered position never brings resolution to a situation. The reason is simple:
The ego always has an agenda of self aggrandizement. It's basic purpose is to seek reassurance and validation. Decisions which offer these short-term benefits will always win the day.
The ego is primarily concerned with self-perpetuation and is a product of the left-brain analytical part of the mind. It rationalizes, perpetuates and often inflates a situation which threatens its' sense of infallibility
Our imagination and the freedom to choose how we are going to use our imagination. Remember: Good and evil are the consequences of how we choose to react to the everyday situations of life...

Good or evil?
It's your decision ...Always has been.
