LOOKS DELICIOUS ISN'T IT?

HOW TO MAKE ALOO TIKKI BURGER AT HOME:
INGREDIENTS:
  •  10 BURGER BUNS
  • 5 TSP BUTTER
  • 2 ONIONS
  • 2 CUCUMBER
  • 2 TOMATOES
  • CABBAGE
  • 10 TSP TOMATO KETCHUP
  • 10 TSP GREEN CHUTNEY
FOR TIKKI
  • 4 POTATOES BOILED AND MASHED
  • 10 SLICES BROWN BREAD
  • 10 TSP VEGETABLE OIL
  • SALT TO TASTE PASTE
  • 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER
  • 1 GRAM PANEER
HOW TO MAKE ALOO TIKKI
  • MIX ALL THE INGRIEDIENTS OF TIKKI EXCEPT PANEER. AFTER MIXING IT WELL MAKE 10 BALLS OF IT

  • HEAT OIL IN NONSTICK PAN , NOW TAKE ONE BALL AT TIME AND AND STUFF IT WITH 1 TSP OF PANEER AND GIVE IT ROUND FLAT SHAPE
  • MAKE ALL THE TIKKIS IN PAN AND MAKE THEM FRIED FROM BOTH SIDES TO BROWINSH COLORS
  • TAKE ONE BURGER BUN AND CUT IT FROM MIDDLE.TOAST IT WITH LITTLE BUTTER.
  • PUT ONE TSP OF KETCHUP ON ONE SIDE AND GREEN CHUTNEY ON OTHER
  • PLACE TIKKI ON BUN FOLLOWED BY SLICE OF TOMATO, CUCUMBER AND ONION. AT LAST PUT SOME CABBAGE ON IT AND COVER IT WITH OTHER PART 
  • ALLO TIKKI BURGER IS READY IS EAT. SERVE IT HOT WITH KETCHUP

  1. I personally don't like fast food, its harmful for health. So here is recipe for my favourite Methi Paratha:
    Type of Meal : Mostly for Lunch, Dinner
    Preparation Time : 10 minutes

    Cooking Time : 12-15 minutes

    Ingredients for Methi Paratha

    Wheat flour (Atta) - 3 cup
    Gram flour (Besan) - 1 cup
    Fenugreek leaves ( Methi )[finely chopped] - 2 cup
    Cumin seeds (jeera)[crushed] - 1/2
    Green chilli (chopped) - 2
    Chaat masala - 2 tsp
    Yoghurt (dahi) - 2 tablespoon
    Red chili pd. - 1/2 teaspoon
    Ajwain - 1/4 teaspoon
    Oil - 5 tablespoon
    Salt (to taste)
    Water - 1/2 cup

    Method for Methi Paratha

    Wash and pat dry methi leaves. Leaves must be dried well or else the filling will ooze out while rolling dough (Atta).
    Mix wheat flour, gram flour,salt and oil: well with your finger tips.
    Then add methi leaves, cumin, green chilies, chaat masala, yoghurt, ajwain and red chili powder.
    Now knead it to make a stiff dough using water.
    Make small balls out of dough and roll out each portion into a thin 150 mm. diameter rounds.( you can give your own shape as per your choice)
    Heat a griddle( tava ) and Put paratha on it.
    Note: Before making first paratha, the griddle should be heated for 2 minutes
    Brush the parathas lightly with oil on both side and cook.
    Serve hot methi paratha with chatni or sabzi (Curry)

    paneer grind kr lavo te vich mirch te salt te masaala mix kr lvo..
    fir jehra paneer mix kita ohnu aatte vich odan mix kr lvo jida aalo wale paraanthe ch aalo mix kri de.....fir bake kr lavi......

  4. i suggest first have some
    burger(McDonald vaala)
    then methi with paneer ka parontha
    and finally to digest all these have some karele ka juice
    i hope then u would have better morning the next day :D
